With nearly thirty years of healthcare marketing, business development and sales management experience, Mr. Graham brings analytical insight and an intuitive understanding of client needs to each assignment. He has worked in both large organizations and smaller, start-up situations. In his last position as the Director of Marketing at CellPro Incorporated, he helped position the company as the leader in cell therapy and stem cell separations. Previously, he was with ZymoGenetics, a start-up biopharmaceutical company as Director of Marketing & Corporate Development, and Baxter-Hyland Division where he held numerous product marketing and sales management roles.
 Mark E. Sjostrand. Mr. Sjostrand has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare field. He began his career in the quality assurance area of the Hyland Division of Baxter before moving on to a series of product development, business/corporate development and marketing management roles. With product experience ranging from biologics to devices and marketing management skills that spanned product conception to market introductions both domestically and abroad, Mr. Sjostrand brings a comprehensive skill set to each assignment. In his last position as Vice President, Global Marketing for Baxter-Immunotherapy, he helped lead the group as an "intraprenurial" start-up to become a significant part of Baxter Biotech Group. He has directed the development and introduction of products resulting in $100 million in revenue.
